One solution for an Owner desiring an image upgrade for their property
is to undertake a simple facade improvement, coupled with attention to
building details which may not be performing well. New or upgraded
landscaping works with new paint colors and surface details to freshen
the image of the revised property.
Often, this exterior work is combined with dwelling unit interior
upgrades, including the addition of amenities such as washers and
dryers, new cabinets and plumbing fixtures, and new kitchen appliances.
